Davis C. Bae

Davis C. Bae is a Partner in the Seattle, Washington office of Jackson Lewis LLP. He also manages the immigration practices for the attorneys in the Seattle, Portland, Sacramento and San Francisco offices of Jackson Lewis LLP. For the past 14 years he has been a leader in providing effective solutions in immigration for companies and individuals throughout the Pacific Northwest and United States. His clients comprise a diverse group of leaders and high growth companies in fields such as software, design, construction, manufacturing, utilities, fine arts, sports, international trade, and engineering.

He is a frequent speaker before business and employer associations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Washington State Bar Association, National Association of General Contractors, and the Society of Human Resource Management. He is teaches a course on Law Practice Management as a Lecturer at the University of Washington School of Law.

Mr. Bae authored multiple articles for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) on topics including Consular Processing, Labor Certification, Nonimmigrant Visas, Practice Management. In the fall of 2009, he was the Editor-In-Chief of AILA’s Immigration Lawyers Toolbox.

Bryant L. Stevenson

Bryant L. Stevenson limits his practice exclusively to the field of immigration law, assisting employers who are seeking to hire, transfer, or retain foreign employees to work inside the U.S. Mr. Stevenson also counsels foreign entities who wish to establish a corporate presence in the U.S., as well as foreign investors and entrepreneurs who are pursuing start-up businesses in the U.S. Additionally, Mr. Stevenson provides guidance to employers on immigration compliance and other regulatory issues, including preventative internal I-9 audits, corporate policy drafting, and procedural training.

Mr. Stevenson has substantial experience providing counsel for most employment-based immigration applications, specifically including EB-1 Executive/Managerial, Extraordinary Ability, and Outstanding Researcher petitions, O-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions, and National Interest Waiver applications, as well as with L-1, H-1B, and TN visas, and PERM labor certifications.

Mr. Stevenson’s clientele range in size from small businesses with under 25 employees to international entities with over 25,000 employees, and representative industries include higher education, research and technology, manufacturing, banking, and insurance.
